Miro unveils partner programme to drive innovation for clients

Miro has launched its Solutions Partner Program to connect customers with partners offering tailored advisory and implementation services aimed at facilitating organisational transformation and accelerating business outcomes.

The new program introduces a curated ecosystem of experts with sector and workflow knowledge. These partners are positioned to provide strategic advisory, hands-on implementation support, and custom development offerings to help organisations optimise how they work and enhance their use of Miro's platform.

Miro's initiative comes in response to a prevalent challenge among enterprises: while collaboration tools are widely adopted, many organisations are unable to fully harness their transformative potential. The Solutions Partner Program is divided into three principal service areas. Strategic Advisory Services provide clients with support for digital, cloud, and AI transformations, while developing bespoke solutions tailored for industry-specific challenges. Implementation & Change Management focuses on hands-on deployment, structured change management, training, and workflow design to achieve faster results and business goal realisation. The third area, Custom Development & Integration, sees partners building and embedding applications and integrations that extend Miro's usability and enable seamless collaboration.

Customers utilising the new program are expected to benefit from accelerated innovation and reduced time to value by drawing on proven, tailored workflows. The program's design enables organisations to identify partners with particular expertise relevant to their industry, region, and specific transformation goals.
